Great book. Good structure, plenty of new stories, good flow, and just enjoyable.
You probably heard of Atomic Habits by James Clear. I can't think of an example when books overlap so much. Switch was released eight years earlier but not as popular. They take a slightly different perspective on the same topic, and I would recommend both books.
I love the elephant analogy in the book. It's not the authors' original idea, but a good choice to use it.
